This lovely Red Orange Tulip Ruffle Neck Dress is made with a ribbed knit satiny fabric. The skirt is layered in two tiers giving an added flare, while the ruffled collar sets off the elaborate floral design. This style is very similar to our classic Cleopatra Dress and flatters every body type in comfort and charm.
